Your messages and media

Photos, videos and files are kept in private storage. They are never publicly reachable — every request is signed and the link expires. Your device keeps a local copy so old media opens without downloading again; clearing it in Settings removes only that copy.

Who we share with

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We use service providers to run One Talk: Apple for notifications, [SMS PROVIDER] for verification codes, [EMAIL PROVIDER] for email, and infrastructure providers for storage and delivery.

How long we keep it

Your rights and choices

[Rights under CCPA/CPRA and any other applicable law — to be drafted with the operating entity confirmed.]

Deleting your account

[What happens to messages, media and workspaces when an account is deleted — pending the deletion policy.]
